Ivo Peksens is the 1st Certified Agile Coach (Certified Team Coach - CTC) from Scrum Alliance in Latvia and Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and the 3rd in the Eastern part of Europe.
He is an Agile Coach in the heart and a wholehearted Agile Coach. He helps knowledge workers and their teams and organizations embrace Agile ways of thinking & acting to better cope with their challenges. He is interested in supporting Agile transformations, foster cultural changes and create learning organizations.
Ivo mostly (*but not only*) specializes in supporting environments that are in the beginning of their Agile journeys (leaders wanting to understand Agile, individuals interested becoming Scrum Masters, teams and teams of teams wanting to increase effectiveness via Agile ways for working, organizations interested in starting an Agile transformation and change initiatives).
Applying knowledge from Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Nexus and S@S to help solve problems with variety of tools, not sticking to specific framework.
