Ginu kick-started his career with Microsoft Technologies, as a software developer. With more than two decades of software development experience, in various domains and disparate geographies, he is a passionate agile coach with deep understanding on the geographically distributed agile teams. Winner of the prestigious TCS Top 10 Project Manager Award , Ginu has also received the “Friend of Talent Development”, and many spot-on awards, in all the enterprises he has served. Ginu has indepth knowledge on DevOps, BDD, TDD, Pair programming CI/CD and agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). He has trained more than 500 people (includes Senior leadership, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers) in the agile way of working. He is an authorised Scrum Alliance instructor for the Scrum Foundations course. Holder of Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Ginu is a Certified scrum master, scrum professional, ICAgile certified agile coach and SAFe® program consultant from scaled agile academy.
