About
Simon is GrowAgility's creative leader, focuses on user experience, web design, web technologies and service design across GrowAgility. He founded GrowAgility in Bath, UK in 2009 and is a certified Scrum Professional (CSM-SP), Agile Team Coach and Facilitator (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF). With over 20 years of experience in the design and development of innovative online user experiences for a wide variety of web sites, online applications and direct marketing solutions.
Simon has worked as a Scrum Master since 2012 and helped introduce and support Agile values and principles and the Scrum framework for organisations such as: English Heritage, Historic England, Nationwide Building Society and The Office for National Statistics.
Simon is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and certified professional coach with Erickson International having completed Erickson's 'The Art & Science of Coaching' certification track.
