That is how I approach IT and life. Sure somethings are hard, but working to overcome them is an opportunity to learn and grow. Adversity is an opportunity to improve. Doing what hasn't been done before is something that I am passionate about.

I have had success leading projects of all sizes, and enjoyed every minute of it. I find rewards in the technical challenges and in leading my fellow teammates.
