We had a two and half day coaching retreat where we discussed various issues faced by coaches in the industry.
I and my team discussed about sustaining agility.
We had three sprints and we had retrospectives and presentation after each sprint.
We had a final presentation at the end of the 3 sprints.
We also had opens spaces where various topics were discussed.
