Mike Cubert
I'm currently working in Chicago for an engineering company who produces Electron Beam welding equipment. We implemented Scrum corporate -wide as a way to bring more transparency and accountability to our processes and to minimize waste generated from poor communication. So far it's had a profound effect on the way we organize effort and perform to schedules. It also has led to a greater degree of inter-department communication that has the effect of improving our product quality.
I was trained as an Electrical Engineer at Purdue University. I've worked in the aerospace and defense industries since 2003. I'm also a member of the American Welding Society, United States Parachute Association, and ABATE of Illinois.
