Dhiman is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 10 year’s diverse IT Project/Program Management & Business Analyst experience. Worked across various domains like Telecom, Supply-Chain, and Manufacturing etc and have extensive experience with enterprise web based, client/server and stand-alone environments. His strengths include defining business process flows, business process modelling, system analysis, and requirement gathering. He has experience in translating complex business concepts into deliverable product requirements and software requirement specifications (SRS). Dhiman's strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology of software analysis and design makes him an agile guru. Apart from that experience in preparing estimates, proposals and response to RFPs. Expertise in interaction with client on understanding IT and business strategies.
