Co-training:
I'm open to giving co-training opportunities to candidate CSTs. However, I have certain expectations from the candidate and would like to understand them better.
Here is what I expect:
- Participate in AgilityThinking meetups so that I can meet you to understand you, your purpose of becoming a CST and your experience and thoughts on Scrum.
- Present a topic at the AgilityThinking community. You can find the meetup schedules here: https://leanpitch.com/groups/agility-thinking-community
- Participate as a practitioner and coach people on their day to day issues in a couple of the AgilityThinking meetups/webinars.
- Observe a couple of my workshops so that you understand how I run the workshop
