Mr. Payton has been working in agile environments since 2006. He is a Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach and consultant who serves senior clients in the Retail, Bio/Pharma, and Banking industries. Mr. Payton is a consultant at Nooma Group, where he helps companies realize the value of agility and help them smooth the adoption curve. He is a proud graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and lives in beautiful San Diego California.
