Brendan Kelly

My objective is to develop ongoing relationships with organisations seeking to align their portfolios and derived benefits from programmes, with core strategic direction.

I am a Certified Scrum Master as well holding current certifications in the OGC's PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Portfolio, Programe and Project Office (P3O).

I am versed in formal and agile methods, and have significant architectural capabilities which I believe allow me to assist any organisation.

To characterise myself I would suggest that I am self confident, independent, industrious, practical, diligent, friendly, dedicated and determined.

My leadership style is to employ these qualities and a healthy dose of humour, to encourage the best from my colleagues whatever the challenges we face as a team to deliver business benefits.
