Yolanda Hughes

My name is Yolanda D. Hughes, I am a 30+ year experienced business & technology executive.  I have leadership experience in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, Agile Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Business Architecture and Account & Program Management, my journey is the results of my University Engineering training, my MBA and really good managers and mentors. I have worked all over Atlanta, GA, the United States, Malaysia and Indonesia.  I have worked with local, virtual and distributed teams.

I have consulted and collaborated with all levels of organizations from the C-Level executives to entry level professionals. I care about integrity, honesty, diversity, interesting & challenging work and work life balance. I am a Southerner and embrace all that comes with my heritage.

I am passionate about life which includes- work, play, family and worship (in no particular order). I know how to uncover, analyze and resolve business challenges. I am extremely confident in what my seasons of working in Corporate America have molded me to become. I am as equally adept in creating strategies, leading teams to success, as I am in building relationships and closing deals.
