Srushti Ajay Patil

Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and software engineer moving into technical project and program management. I’ve built software across automotive and logistics, from projects for Daimler Truck North America at TCS to Amazon’s Last Mile delivery team, and I enjoy what makes delivery work: clear goals, fast feedback, and teams trusted to own their work.

I’m passionate about servant leadership, agile delivery, and bringing cross-functional teams and stakeholders together to deliver value. Currently pursuing my PMP® to pair agile practices with strong project management fundamentals.
