Hello, my name is Brayth Burdios-Woemmel, and I'm an IT Technical Program Manager with 20+ years of operations experience driving process maturation, cross-functional delivery, and organizational change at scale. Most recently part of the CIO organization at Asana, where I led initiatives spanning IT operations, vendor management, and AI adoption — including taking a team from 0% to 96% AI certification adoption and cutting $2M in vendor costs through strategic insourcing.

My background spans technical program management, IT operations, and hands-on support, including five years as an Apple Genius (Mac technician), giving me a rare ability to operate at both the strategic and ground level.

I'm currently expanding my Agile credentials, with a focus on Scrum principles and servant leadership. I bring a systems-thinking mindset, a bias toward action, and a track record of building programs that stick.
