Charlie Colpitts, PMP, CSM. CSPO, CSP I've spent my entire career in IT. I've been a developer, an architect, a designer, a business analyst, a director, a tester, a project manager, a PMO director, a methodologist, an instructor, a facilitator, and a scrum master. I continue to be fascinated by how teams discover innovative solutions to every one of their problems. Currently, I am steering my scrum practice in the direction of organizational development.
