Hi, I am Armel Chao. I started as a Software Engineer in Test, then became a Performance Engineer and went into leadership to build the best teams. I have been in many industries (BI, BPM, Security, IoT, SaaS, Consumer app, etc.). I have worked as a Director of Engineer and a QA Director. I have always been interested in how to improve the organization's process for our individual contributors to work the most efficient way with a good work life balance.
