Thorsten Sturm

Thorsten Sturm is working in IT business for more than 25 years in various roles. After finishing his studies of computer science in Hamburg, Germany with Diploma degree, he started working for a software startup as head of development and helped it grow to about 30 people competing with much larger companies with more than hundred developers. After leaving the company after 5 years, Thorsten started to work as an interim manager and agile coach and is doing so until now. Main focus of his work is always on finding the best fitting solution for his clients, often combining multiple methodologies.
