About
I began my Agile journey in 2008 at PUC-Rio, under the mentorship of Rodrigo de Toledo, one of the most respected agilists in Brazil. In 2011, I earned my first Scrum Alliance certification, which marked the beginning of a deep dive into the Agile mindset. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning directly from thought leaders such as Jeff Sutherland and Rafael Sabbagh, further strengthening my commitment to agility and continuous improvement.
Throughout my career, I have combined a strong technical foundation with a strategic mindset, always focusing on how technology, architecture, and agile ways of working can create meaningful business impact. I am passionate about continuous learning, organizational evolution, and helping teams build better products, processes, and customer experiences.
Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, insurance, media and broadcasting, IT consulting, tourism, and the public sector. This diverse background has given me experience navigating complex enterprise environments, leading cross-functional initiatives, and designing customer-centric digital solutions at scale. Currently, I work at Itaú, the largest private bank in Latin America, driving enterprise and digital transformation initiatives.
I hold a degree in Information Systems and an MBA in Project Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), where my thesis focused on Agile Methods for Software Development. I also hold an MBA in Enterprise and Solutions Architecture from FIAP, in addition to executive education and specialization programs in digital product leadership, technology strategy, and innovation.
