My name is Mahesh Menon and I am currently working as a Project Manager with the Microsoft Technologies in PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Centre in Bangalore,India. I have approximately 13 years of experience, with approximately 9 years of experience in IT industry and 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry. I have performed various roles such as project/delivery management, Solutions Architect, Designer & Developer. As a Manager I lead the technology work from offshore and is responsible for end-to-end delivery management. My core competency is in the Microsoft product suite (.NET, SQL Server, Silver Light) and has exposure to various tools such as Mercury Quality Centre, TFS, Microsoft VSS, CVS and Tortoise SVN etc. I have good experience on methodologies such as Agile, Rational Unified Process & Waterfall. I am a Certified SCRUMMaster (CSM).I am involved in interacting with the pre-sales team and responding to RFP's. I am responsible for the initial architecture and the estimations done from offshore.
