Vernon Stinebaker (史文林)

Vernon Stinebaker（史文林，美国人长居中国）is a long-term proponent of Agile principles and practices. Starting in 2001 with Feature Driven Development (FDD) and eXtreme Programming (XP), Vernon attended the first public Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course in Beijing, China in 2007 and became the second full time China-based CST in 2010. In 2018 Vernon became Asia’s first Scrum Alliance Path to CSP educator. He also became the second CTC, and second CEC in China. Vernon is mentor to many individuals who have become Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs) and Certified Agile Coaches (CACs). 

Vernon spent over 30 years leading award-winning software engineering, IT, and operations organizations in China. His hands-on experience enables him to bring broad and rich insight to his mentoring and coaching engagements. 

Vernon's why is: to help individuals and organizations aspire to their full potential so that they can realize their inner angel. 

Vernon's current focus is to develop deep skills in passionate indivduals through his coaching-based development programs.

会讲一口流利普通话的老外,Vernon Stinebaker (史文林)是亚洲地区最早期的敏捷推广者之一.自2001年史先生一直以来在推广FDD(特征驱动开发)和XP(极限编程),在1997年参加了中国首次CSM公开课,在2010年成为中国第二Scrum联盟认证培训师(CST),2018年成为亚太区第一 “Path to CSP”培训师.在Vernon的辅导之下,全球许多人已经成功地拿到了Scrum联盟的认证培训师(CST) 和认证敏捷教练(CAC) 的资格.

Vernon拥有超过30年IT行业经验,包括23年多的领导获奖的国内软件开发的经验IT和运营组织的管理经验，以至于他有更广泛更深层次的丰富的实战和管理经验可以分享到培训,辅导和教练等等领域。

During his active participation as a Scrum Alliance volunteer, Vernon was a co-creator of the Certified Team Coach (CTC) program and was a member of both the CTC and CEC Review Teams and the Coaching Process Improvement Team (PIT). Vernon was also a long-term member of the Trainer Approval Committee (TAC), and participated in the ScrumMaster Learning Objectives committee, the CSM Test review committee, and was the Product Owner for the Global and Regional Gathering Submission System.
