Dr. Sam Swapn Sinha, Agile Coach, CEO of Strategism, a Business and technology consulting start up company, is an entrepreneur, investor, educator, consultant, corporate trainer, project management professional, agile and scrum enthusiast, and a mentor to several Bay Area companies and executives.

Corporate Experience: I have worked for 25 years in corporate environment from start up company to FORTUNE 500 Company. First 13 years in the oil sector in India in different management roles, then HSBC Bank in San Francisco, California. Lastly, working as CEO Strategism, a start up company having 40 employees, established in 2008. Transformed many organizations in Agile in retail, banking, heathcare, and Insurance domain.

Teacher & Professor: I have been a teacher, and professor at North Western Polytechnic University in Fremont for last ten years. Also, I have taught for several years at Golden Gate University. Taught courses in Strategy, Organizational Development, Corporate Finance, Project Management, Green Business, and International Business. 

An Active Agilist: I have been an active Agile professional for last 10 years since 2008. Involved in implementing several software development projects for clients and parent company Strategism. Helped several companies in building their Agile platform and implementing Agile solutions to their business problems.
