Ilja Preuß

Ilja Preuß was born 1972 in Berlin, Germany. After trying to study computer science he switched to a self-study of Extreme Programming and Object Oriented Development. For a decade he worked in teams as a developer, agile evangelist, and increasingly as trainer, facilitator and coach. Since 2010 he is a full time Agile Change Agent at it-agile.

Besides being an expert for both Scrum and Kanban, his focus is on what needs to happen around self-organized teams, so that they can use their full potential for the organization and their customers, instead of becoming a "foreign body". 

He is trained in Co-Active Coaching (R), Emergent Essence Dynamics (TM) and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (R), as well as in several small- and large-group facilitation and mediation techniques.

In his leisure time, he likes to play the ukulele or cooperative board games.
