Victoria Morgan-Smith

Victoria Morgan-Smith is the Financial Times's first Delivery Coach. Having worked at the company for 10 years, as Developer, Scrum Master and Programme Lead, coaching her teams has always been a part of her role. These days she seeks to bring teams together to ensure that the company grows as a whole, learning from the individual successes and mistakes.

Inspired by the likes of David Marquet and Dan Pink, the culture of this organisation is evolving. Teams now seek to become increasingly empowered, and so working to ensure they are equipped them with Clarity and Competence, so that they can then develop their mechanisms for Control, is a key part of Victoria's mission.
