I believe that agile is bringing more good to the world and I'm proud to be in the community making it happen. During the day I help companies, and the people in them, uncover better ways of working. I meet people where they are and invite them to uncover their hidden perceptions and find new perspectives while developing an agile mindset.
In my spare time, I use the qualities of an agile mindset to sing and write music, renovate properties, co-organize conferences and Women in Agile, and help restore hope for Hurricane victims.
I'm a deep thinker, intellectually curious in a way that brings out the best in people and courageous enough to confront unhealthy behavioral patterns. Watching people embrace their own humanity and #BePartoftheGood keeps memoving forward to create more of it in the world.
