Alex Singh:
I help large organizations learn to improve their development practices by using concepts borrowed from Theory of Constraints, Systems Thinking, Lean, and Agile. I firmly believe that organizational transformations succeed only when there is buy-in from the top and bottom -- to this end I work with teams (practical training coupled with hands-on mentoring and coaching) to improve their product delivery and coach senior management on enabling the change effort. I've been doing this since 2003 at companies like Aetna, Fidelity Investments, Standard and Poor's, Liberty Mutual, Travelocity, Mary Kay, US Trust, Société Générale (Americas), and Norwegian Cruise Lines. Before that I've been a developer, project manager, program manager, coach, and more.
