Shakil Akhter, a Certified Scrum Master, PMP , Certified Risk Manager and a J2ee Architect with over 11 years of IT experience.

Shakil's career has primarily involved leading development teams in a variety of organizations including Banking, Telecom and Retail. The teams have varied in size, but have always leaned towards those best sized for Agile-Scrum working practices. Shakil has played a key role in building the Agile-SCRUM software delivery team (offshore & onsite model) in World Class (Tier-1) company with around 250 people. He has successfully managed the delivery of several high risk projects in multiple organization.

Currently working as a Delivery Manager , High Risk Project Monitoring and a member of Delivery Excellence, where he continues to focus on delivery excellence by strategic & pro-active planning of risk responses & implementing Scrum in different accounts with his rich practical experiences.
