I’m known for initiating improvements to processes and operations and delivering meaningful solutions for clients and the company. I immediately established all client processes for an internet-based food delivery service start-up that brought stability to the implementation process and increased client confidence. While in banking I cleaned up my branch’s audit process while the bank was under intense regulatory scrutiny. The results were so impressive, I was promoted to the Operations Team Lead for Southern California. I respond to challenges and don’t run from them.
