Matt Roadnight

Matt began his career in 1990 and has been coaching Agile teams since 2004. 

During this time Matt has coached and advised some of the largest and most complex organisations in the UK and Europe. 

An experienced consultant that has engaged at the most senior levels is passionate about bringing alignment to business objectives and building engaged, high performing teams with purpose.  This is reflected in the feedback and results from both small, and large-scale coaching engagements.

Matt focuses on improving relationships and increasing collaboration across teams and departments.  He loves to work with product management and bring a more innovative, outcome based, experimental discovery approach to product development.

Matt has worked with Product, UX, leadership, operations and development supporting complex digital delivery for organisations like Virgin Atlantic, Bank of Ireland and Marks and Spencer, Vodafone, Nationwide, Ordnance Survey, Visa Europe, IG Group, Cancer Research UK, Thomson Reuters, Aviva and the BBC.

Matt is trusted to consult and train for many of the leading agile consultancies in the UK.  He has been delivering immersive, experiential Scrum training since 2009, and has presented at many Agile and UX conferences since 2006 and keynoted at Barclaycard AgileFest.
