Melina Guerschuny has more than 10 years working in the Information Technology industry. Her studies at ORT, a technical school specialized in computer science, a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Management and studies in Information System Engineering at the University of  Buenos Aires, in addition to various specialization courses in methodologies, innovation, processes, emotional intelligence, leadership, customer service and combined with different positions and roles within the software value chain, from a programmer, ux analyst, functional analyst, consultant, product owner, scrum master, team leader and Project Manager, has positioned herself as an intermediary and facilitator between the technical area and the business area. She considers that her greatest contribution is to understand the needs of each interested party and find the common language and make the right questions that allow expectations and results to be aligned.
