As a Project Manager responsible by Enginnering and Construction Projects that takes from Wal Mart Stores Retrofitnesses, Unilever industry plants to Center Malls Constructions and retrofitnesses, it became essencial to develop skills that could help to Manage and accomplish the targets. So, with the experience and maturity, the classic methods doesn`t fullfilled the needings to go trough agile projects with a number of variables and an ancertain enviroment.

Using the sprints dynamics and planning with the store points, it became more efficient, getting to the target points and delivering the results.
