Melanie Silver

Melanie Silver started working at State Farm in 1987 and retired 10/1/2010.  While at State Farm, she became a Project Manager in 1999, and a Certified Scrum Master in 2005.  She is also a Certified Scrum Coach and was involved in introducing Scrum to State Farm and worked as a Delivery Lead at the Program level.  She introduced Scrum and agile techniques at the program level and was a Scrum Coach for the area she worked in.
