Babu Reddy is a Technology consultant, Agile Coach. He has performed the roles Solutions / Systems Architect, IT Security Analyst, IT Infrastructure Architect, Product Designer, Delivery Manager. During his long career as a Technologist he had been instrumental in the success of many IT projects. 

He is an open source advocate and had been an agile practitioner for many years (Agile Implementer, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Team Member, and Motivator).

He has an in-depth understanding of various agile frameworks gained through his many years of relentless advocacy of agile principles. Over the years he had the opportunity to work in different project landscapes, and domains. He has gained an experience spread in various domains like E-Learning, E-Commerce, Banking, Hospitality, F&B, Crowd sourcing, Social Media, Big Data and Engineering. Having an understanding of the various project environment and landscape has helped him to carve out the right path in agile implementation unique to the domain and project landscape.

His work in start-up companies as a Chief Technology Officer has given him unique experience that combines start-up mind set and right sizes Agile framework that is effective for them.
