Was a great class and learned a lot!

Anja was a fantastic instructor! She created an immersive workshop that allowed us to effectively learn and understand the elements of agile leadership.

This course delivered strong value in the area of leadership development. Core concepts were presented clearly and I came away with a solid understanding of leadership principles that I can apply in my professional role. The curriculum was less focused on Scrum/Agile methodology, which was a minor gap given my expectations going in, though the leadership content itself was comprehensive. I would recommend this course to colleagues seeking to enhance their leadership skills.

I did not know what to expect going into this 3-day certification process. I was completely impressed with Anja's delivery of the topics, the format in which they were presented, the open dialogue, and the time to work in groups, which made this experience memorable.
