Good Material & Class

It was one of the best CSM trainings I have had, and credit goes to the trainer. The whole program was covered, and we were given right details to be successful using Agile at work.

Lance is an excellent instructor. He's engaging, patient, and designed the course to encourage active learning through group breakouts. He weaves in interesting history lessons about agile and scrum that directly connect to the philosophy and operating system and how it's used today. The entire course was run smoothly and professionally. After much research, I chose Lance's course from Big Agile and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend it.

This class was great! Lance did such a great job of presenting all the material in a clear and relatable manner that made it easy to understand. The group activities were great at helping reinforce the concepts, and also introducing us to new people from different backgrounds! I would highly recommend taking this class, and am looking forward to taking more of Lance's classes in the future.

Scrum master training as well as the PO training was administered by Lance. He is an excellent motivator and educator! I would recommend anything he teaches to all of my co-workers.

Excellent course.

This was an excellent class for teaching the fundamentals of how a Scrum Master can implement the true philosophy of Scrum. Lance gave us the tools to implement this at our workplace and helped us through how we can best use it to organize and inform our stakeholders.
