Both the theory and practice were extremely valuable. The learning environment was also comfortable and collaborative.

The course and how Brad taught was worth the money. Brad was engaging and the information was not dry. I will use the class products for future engagements within my future positions.

It was a great class that kept the students engaged and had great teaching materials and practical exercises.

The product has a good methodology for driving processes efficiently and effectively when following the prescribed script. I believe it lends itself to particular and specific industries over others. It would be important to elaborate and provide examples on how this method would work outside of the software development or manufacturing. For instance, how might it work in bank or credit union - outside of the IT department and/or across small departments of two in the field of audit. How would one or two individuals outside of senior and middle management effectively implement many of these strategies across larger departmental structures that have not participated in said training.

Brad Swanson's CSM course through Agility 11 was excellent. The content was practical, not theoretical. The class was interactive and well-paced, and I came away with tools I could apply immediately rather than just a certificate. Highly recommend for anyone serious about the ScrumMaster role.

Brad Swanson provided a highly interactive learning environment using his vast experience and deep understanding of Scrum to keep us engaged and increase our learning. I step away from the two day live virtual training not only with new knowledge but a readiness to apply my key learning. Furthermore, the use of technology supported learning rather than being a focal point or obstacle to learning. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend Brad Swanson and this course!
