Once again, it was a great experience. What I appreciated the most is that the course was not only focused on theory, but strongly grounded in real scenarios and practical application. I had an excellent learning experience in the A‑CSPO training. The trainer explained complex Product Owner concepts with clarity and real‑world relevance. One of the most valuable takeaways for me was the ROI formula ROI = V/T (Return on Investment = Value / Time), which helped me understand how to prioritize work based on measurable impact. The trainer also introduced the powerful importance vs. time decision triangle, which reshaped how I think about prioritization and personal productivity. The four decision modes — Do it now, Delegate it, Plan it, and Avoid it — provided a simple yet effective framework for making faster, smarter decisions. Overall, the training was insightful, practical, and directly applicable to my role as a Product Owner.
