Certified ScrumMaster®

This course was truely valueable to those who are going to start agile work or have little experience of agile work. Most of the parts of this lecture are planned beginner friendly, and also the coaches are super kind to beginers. During some activities (ex. Discussion with team members, Q&A session among team members), you might hear some difficult topics or words from other participants with some experience of agile work or other system development work. But in most cases, those cannot be a problem and you can enjoy this course.

I had a great time learning throughout the two days.

The training was fun because it felt like learning through a game. While I recognized that there can be a gap between the ideal Scrum framework and real-world situations, I was able to understand the ideal approach first. I also found the certification exam sessions very helpful because I could discuss the topics with my team members as we learned. This significantly improved my understanding of the material.

The two-day course was enjoyable thanks to the visually engaging presentation materials, the facilitation that encouraged active conversations among the participants, and the icebreaker activities.

I really enjoyed this Scrum Master training taught by Joe Justice. The course was practical and easy to understand, with many examples that connected Scrum to real team situations. The concept of “mob” was especially memorable for me because it showed the power of collaboration, shared ownership, and learning together as a team. Overall, it was a valuable experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested in Scrum.
