Kate is an incredible instructor.

Wow! I'm amazed by how much information our class received during this two-day course. Kate was super prepared, knowledgeable, and had an analogy to share for every scenario presented to her. I loved the class discussions, as well as the numerous breakout room sessions where we could talk with each other. Most importantly, the practical application opportunities helped solidify the lesson points. Overall, this was a great course with tons of content, and excellent delivery by the instuctor.

Kate was very thorough in this fast-moving course. She provided real world examples and ideas to help move past everyday common problems in an Agile environment. Although it sometimes was outside of my comfort zone, the breakout rooms and interactions with others helped to absorb the information taught in the class much easier.

Kate was a fantastic host who was engaging and read the room well in order to pivot to several other more relevant areas over the course of the session to really lean into what our group needed.

This was an incredibly energizing training series, even though the scope of change we need is a bit daunting. Kate is an engaging presenter, focused on our unique situation/industry where possible. The scale and pace were perfect.The materials easy to follow, and to adjust where needed.
