Gained insights and learnt terminology about Scrum and Agile.

I attended the CSM course with the trainer Snehamayee Kulkarni, and it has really helped me understand Scrum and Agile concepts. She is extremely enthusiastic and cares about making the sessions engaging. The learning was very interactive, with periodic quizzes and demonstrations on Jira. She taught through experience and often related the concepts with inclusion of real-world scenarios. Along with the study materials, she also took time to take up questions periodically and had a discussion about effective use of AI & next steps in our Journey. All in all, I would like to thank her for this experience and would recommend others to take up this course.

We got some add on experiences on use of AI for Scrum Master and Burnup/ Burndown charts.

Course content is perfectly aligned, and very very explained.

Had a great experience with the CSM training led by Snehamayee. The sessions were engaging and interactive, with real-time examples that kept us on our toes. I especially enjoyed understanding the birth of Agile and Scrum in the IT industry and learning practical techniques to handle real-world scenarios. The CSM training with World of Agile, led by Snehamayee, was an excellent learning experience. What stood out the most was that the training wasn’t dependent on PPTs or just theory — it was built around real-life discussions, practical examples, and experiences from the industry.
