I recently completed the CSM training with trainer Snehamayee Kulkarni. The way she teaches and explains concepts is very genuine and easy to understand. The sessions were very interactive and included real-life examples and experiences, which made learning more practical. Her teaching style is simple yet very effective. Even as a non-IT person and coming from a Banking background, I was able to understand each and every concept clearly. if i had any query she helped me to clear my doubts. In addition, the extra effort she took to explain AI usage and burndown / burnup charts in JIRA was very helpful, even though these topics were not part of the syllabus. Thank you for going beyond the course content. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is planning to take CSM training.

Snehamayee Kulkarni was really good trainer and she took the training with real life example, which was really easy to understand. Really thanks to her for great session for 2 days.

The examples and real-world scenarios she shared were very helpful in understanding and connecting the concepts.

I liked the interaction of trainer with the participants, keeping the training live with lots of practical examples and scenarios taken for discussion and quizzes on every topic covered.

Training session is very clear with real-time scenarios and case studies. Completely enjoyed the session.

She started indirectly into scrum concepts by discussing live scenarios. Instead of power point presentation. On each topic she deep dive & relating it with live project scenarios. Most of the questions are almost cleared while she explaining concepts
