Snehmayee gave a very thorough explanation of all aspects related to Scrum. Training was full of real-life examples, very relatable in different aspects of life - be it an IT project, marketing, organisational change, or daily life. Quizzes helped in testing understanding at run-time, which opened room for seeking clarifications. She was very supportive with the range of questions that had been asked.
