In April I took a Scrum course with James Coplien (Cope) — absolutely outstanding! Awesome trainer with deep expertise and a unique teaching style. He used brilliant, real-world examples that made complex concepts click instantly. The course challenged conventional thinking and offered a fresh, principle-driven perspective on what Scrum is really about. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to go beyond the textbook and truly understand the essence of Scrum. One of the best learning experiences I’ve had.

lack of practical exercises, instructor doesn't use collaborative tools like Mural or Miro much. some ideas and verbal expressions used at the training sounded radical and judgemental.

The two days of the course were incredibly intensive and valuable. I gained comprehensive knowledge that gives me confidence ahead of the exam. The practical case studies were especially valuable — they helped me not only to better absorb the material but also to see how I can already improve my team's work.
