Too much time of the course was spent on personal anecdotes not relatable to Scrum.

Mr. Coplien provided a thorough explanation of Scrum principles and values, as well as his own interpretations and insights. His lectures were extremely informative and helped deepen my understanding of Scrum.

Based on James's extensive experience, I was able to deepen my understanding not only of the Scrum Master role but also of Scrum as a whole. In addition, the course encouraged active participation by inviting questions from attendees. Since many of the participants were in roles and situations similar to my own, I was able to relate the content to my own circumstances and reflect on how it applies to my work, making it a highly valuable learning experience.

The lecture was good. They answered any questions I had in practice. However, there were a few technical issues, like the slides not working.

I was able to deepen my understanding of the basics of Agile not only through lectures but also by practicing through workshops. Additionally, the following points were also very positive in my evaluation. The instructor was always mindful of whether participants had any questions, and responded to questions with genuine care during the Q&A sessions. Although this course was conducted through an interpreter and I was initially anxious, the interpreter provided clear, real-time translations, so I was able to participate without any discomfort.

I attended a two-day offline Scrum Master training. Through the program, I was able to deepen my understanding of Scrum—from its core concepts to hands-on practice through various workshops. To further enhance my learning, I would also like to take the Product Owner training.

I learned a lot. I will approach it with determination so that I can take the red medicine.
