Evelyn, your "Path to CSP" Educator, brings in a decade of coaching and training experience, which makes this online program special. Additionally, she is one of the few Approved Path to CSP Educators who are specialized in training (Certified Scrum Trainer), leadership (Certified Agile Leadership Educator), coaching (Certified Team Coach, and Certified Enterprise Coach), and is approved to help candidates to the level of Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster speciality.

Virtual Interactive Program

This A-CSM program includes a total of 16 hours of learning. You will have two (2) interactive online sessions (2 hours each time) with Path to CSP Educator, Evelyn Tian, and there are also prerecorded videos and homework to complete at your own pace. You will be able to advance yourself to the next level of agile coaching, and grow skills that help grow your Scrum Team, organizations and yourself.

You can join from anywhere online. However please note that there is pre-work prior and homework after each session (read more in commitment session).

To assure program quality, registration is currently limited to 15 simultaneous participants globally.

Our Unique Offering

1, All learning materials are shared with you once you register to the program, and all interactive sessions are recorded for your later reference as well;

2, You will also join a community of passionate practioners from all over the world through our free monthly coaching circle offering (Evelyn Konsult Coaching Circle).

More About the Educator

Since 2009, Evelyn has been coaching organizations large and small, in different sectors from telecom, banking, insurance, automotive industry, and e-commerce. She has been growing coaches and trainers for organizations to build their own coaching capabilities. So far, she has helped passionate Agile practitioners like you in over 40 different countries either through Path to CSP programs, and/or Coach Mentoring program.

Evelyn has solid background working in different parts of product life cycle, as a product manager, project manager, R&D manager, system architect, software designer, system integrator to customer support professional. These hands-on experience help her greatly while coaching organizations and developing coaches.

Evelyn Tian holds all high-level certifications with ScrumAlliance, with the right experience and competence to support your growth.

Who should attend

The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster workshop requires previous Scrum knowledge and experience.

This is NOT a session for those who are new to Agile and Scrum.

All attendees must have the Certified ScrumMaster certification (CSM) and with practice prior to the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) workshop. If you don't currently have a CSM certification, please contact us for options.

Participants should be passionate in advancing as a ScrumMaster and an Agile coach, and therefore be willing to challenge their own thinking and approaches within this course.
