Rafael provided all that is needed in a great coach and instructor. We covered all of the core principles in the time that was provided and really prepped me for the exam. As well as the course material, he provided his YouTube channel and additional resources to study. Overall I would recommend Rafa to anyone that is looking to get this certification in an easy to learn program.

The training sessions provided by Rafa were very engaging and didn't feel like just another training module with only dry content. The 2 days were filled with stories, analogies, and team work that helped with retention of the training materials.
