About

I am trained as a software engineer and I started my career as one. But as time progressed, I realized that I like coaching my fellow developers and interacting with stakeholders much better than writing code. So, very organically, I gradually moved into a role of project manager, agile coach and scrum master. I see myself as technology evangelist and ever learning Agile professional. With 20+ years of experience in software engineering, project management, client services, and product analysis, spanning across domains of web applications, digital assets management, strategic communication, community outreach, public participation, I have been contributing to smart software delivery in diverse industries and environments, helping teams to work smarter, rather than harder.

As an active member of the agile community I attend Agile and Scrum meetings whenever possible, and continuously engage in professional training as well as regional user group events to share knowledge.

In addition to my professional passion for Agile I also enjoy cooking (I even apprenticed at a local culinary school and worked as a cook for a caterer to try my hand at it professionally), hiking, and being outdoors in general.
