Wei Zhu is Senior project manager in Perficient. Over 15 years working experience in software industry. More than 8 years experience in managing projects with agile approach. Mr. Zhu is one of the early adopters of Scrum in the China with expertise in XP, Scrum, and Lean. He has actored as ScrumMaster on multiple consulting and offshore delivery projects. He has deep experience in applying Agile method in offshore software development. Mr. Zhu has also been focusing on coaching many Scrum teams to apply Scrum and agile practices effectively in Perficient.
In addition to deep expereince with Agile methodology, Mr. Zhu is also knowledgeable in CMMI framework. Led the effort to help Perficient China achieve CMMI L3,4,5.
