Walter Menendez

I was borned in Guayaquil Ecuador.  I am Food Engineer, with a concentration in Agricultural Economy.

My experience in food industry has taken my career through several positions in fields such as Food Quality and Industrial Processes; evolving to Production Supervisor at a highly competitive american multinational food manufacturing company in Ecuador.

Since 2014, I have applied my expertise in Argentina as a consultant in developing and optimizing business processes for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Once I concluded my Masters Degree in Agricultural Economy at the University of Buenos Aires and strengthening my skills in Project Management; I collaborated in several public sector endeavours. I actively participated in managing projects for the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, and also giving support in different areas related to social projects.

In 2018, I joined ManaTapu Volunteering, a german non profit of internships in Latin America as Team Leader. In this position, I lead volunteers to complete projects ensuring their success. As of January of 2019, I've been promoted to Project Coordinator, to support partnerships and design reports for the wider group in Germany.

Nowadays, I am running my own Business Consultant in Argentina named Broders Consultores, developing business projects for Small to Medium Enterprises.
