* Managing multiple products for telematics and fleet management with 100+ team members across members at multiple locations in India and abroad
* Supporting and managing Agile Center of Excellence. Doing project assessment and helping to draw strategy to implement Agile and SAFe 4.0 in their projects.
* Working as Lean Navigator for Lean advisory to propagate Lean practices in the organization. Conducting Functional Gap Analysis of engineering processes & coming out with Process Improvement Plans for successfully transforming projects in Lean and Agile practices.
* Conducting internal / external training on project management, Agile and Lean Practices.
* Experience of conducting Technical/Process Advisories on ALM tools and best engineering practices at onsite/offshore.
