Tuan Ta Van

Hello,

   My name is Tuan. I was born in Mekong Delta. After finishing high school, I moved to Ho Chi Minh city to study at the University of Natural Science - Ho Chi Minh city. Now I'm living in Ho Chi Minh city.

My University is The University of Natural Science (a member of Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City).

I have been working for more than 12 years in the Software Development Industry. I used to work with the out-sourcing/product software company in some years. 

I had the opportunity to work with the Agile & Scrum environment when I joined the Axon Active Viet Nam. It's very strange to me for the first time. I had a lot of confusion at that time.

However, day by day, I adapted it & felt "Wow, It's a great environment!". I try to work & corporate well with my colleagues.

Then I had the opportunity to become a Scrum Master. I was happy & also felt the challenge for this opportunity. But I thought "Just do it, inspect & adapt & improve it". After some difficult time, I could build my team to become stronger. Wow, Believe it & It works. Great!

Until now, I have nearly 3 years as a Scrum Master.

I always try to update my Agile & Scrum knowledge & contribute to the Agile community if have the opportunity.
