Thomas O'Shea

Thomas is an experienced practitioner of the principles of Agile, and strives on developing agility within software teams with a focus on delivery of value. Thomas is in the process of becoming an expert in the theory behind, and practical application of methodologies such as Scrum having worked with a number of organisations in the role of Scrum Master and Agile Lead since 2011. Thomas has worked in a number of sectors of the software industry : Commercial Off The Shelf Business Software (Microsoft), ERP (Cúram Software / IBM) , Finance (CR2) and Government IT (Cúram Software & Workday).

During this time, Thomas has worked on assisting in delivering everything from small scale projects to huge enterprise programmes within the public sector. Thomas has introduced, established and strived to improve upon agile practices within the industries. Thomas takes a particular interest in what motivates people working within software development and delivery teams, and applies the considerable in-depth knowledge he has built up in this area, through coaching / leading others, and continuously developing himself. Thomas is a regular reader on all things Agile, and keeps up to date with articles and publications from thought leaders in Agile.
